As a welcoming community of believers, we are committed to showing and sharing God's love.  We know when people learn about Jesus, their lives are transformed.

So we look for ways to serve our community where people around us may come to know Christ's love through us.

We also spend time together encouraging one another as we love and serve Jesus.

Rev. Beth Duckworth, our pastor, has been with the Hermann United Methodist Church since June 2014. Her preaching is biblically based and uplifting. Pastor Beth grew up in Salem, Missouri. She is married to Tony Farris and their family includes five children, their spouses and six grandchildren. It isn't unusual to see her riding around town on her bicycle and taking pictures of our local beauty. Pastor Beth also leads Rosebud United Methodist Church.

Debbie Robbins is Pastor Beth's assistant.  She is married to Dave Robbins, a mechanic in Hermann. They have two children, two dogs, two cats,  a double-yellow headed Amazon parrot, and about a bazillion fish.  Debbie is a Girl Scout leader and a volunteer at the local schools.  She loves the outdoors, and likes nothing better than lying in her hammock with a good book.
